Our B2B online shop is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs in accordance with § 14 BGB. There is no sale to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, our products are only delivered within the scope of a commercial or independent professional activity of the buyer. A right of return does not apply.

Cancellation of the purchase is generally not possible. If the buyer wishes to cancel the order in special cases, we will check whether we can exceptionally agree to this against payment of a compensation to be agreed.
